I do thisa all the time. I have jfw and wineyes at home, and they coexist nicely. I have a computer set up here with asaw, winvission, jfw, wineyes, supernova, and probably a few others, and they all exist on the same hard drive fine, with various authorization keys and everything. Just don't try to run two screen readers at once.
