3.3 and excelle

Hey guys.
Does anyone have any hints for using excelle with 3.3?  I can get around a
spread sheet, but can't figure out how to add to it.
In other words when i go left and right with the arrows it sayse a1 b1 c1
ETC and reads the text that is there.   
Now, what if i neeed to change that text?  Any hints onf using it with jfw
would be appreciated.  Thanks guys.
