Hi Jed,

In addition to deleting the cell contents, you can use the F2 key to edit
existing cells.  You can type the F2 key, hit home to go to the beginning of
the cell, and make your changes, or just arrow around once you hit the F2
key.  F2 is for edit, so you can think of it similar to a word processor at
that point where you can perform editing functions.
