Hi David,
I think your hunch is correct. Have your client ask Gateway to exchange his
video card for A Vudu Banshee. That's what I'm using, and, with the
exception of problems with JFW and the DVD drive which might or might not be
video card related, I have had no problems. Hope this helps.
