My advice, is also to upgrade to a more up-to-date version of jfw.
I don't use jfw with braille so am no use there, but the good news is that
jfw 3.31 will support Lotus Notes r 5 so you'll need jfw 3.31 to have any
hope in using Notes. I believe that 3.31 will be out in the next six weeks
or so.
Also, if you upgrade, you'll get the training tapes etc.
I find ie 4.01 or ie 5.0 to be the best browsers to use with jaws.

I, personally, have never been too successful at getting jfw to work with
Lotus Notes--maybe others here have.
One thing that would really be helpful, I think, would be to upgrade to a
later version of jfw. JFW3.2.09 is probably a couple of years old, and a
lot of advances have come out since then.
