I was not going to answer this, because I was going to let somebody more
knowledgable than me to answer this, but since you are not getting any
answer that seems to help you, if my memory serves me right, it seems like
that I had to set explorer view to details.  Try alt+v in explorer, and
tab, and see if you find details, and it should be checked.  Like I said, I
am not positive about this, but something in the back of my memory seems to
say something like that.
