Good morning everyone.
That's one of the problems I'm having with mine.  When you use insert + 7,
it's supposed to open a new window with a list of links that you can arrow
through or jump to by typing the first letter, which is how it worked with
IE4 and win 95.  When I spoke to HJ tech support yesterday, it seemed they
had never encountered that problem.  Does Insert + F5 reformat the page you
are on or do you receive a message that says "Reformatting failed.  document
may not have finished loading."  Perhaps others experiencing this should
write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] so they will be aware this is not an isolated problem.
