Suggestion for JFW 3.31.

Hello JFW listers,
I am using the Compaq computer with an ATI LT graphics card.
Currently JFW 3.3.26 doesn't work with the 32-bit drivers of the card driver.
A suggestion, if it is not already emplimented would be to try and make JFW 
compatible with the ATI 32-bit driver.
