I don't know if I can find a hardware synth. The Braille N speak I have
still has a serial port that's on the fritz, and if I could get some money
to fix it that wouldn't be an issue. I'd like to have an external dectalk
but it's going to be a little hard to do that unless I can start working at
a different location.
