Hi Bob,
I really don't know what video card I have but when I had the
manufacturers/distributor take my computer back to fix this blasted problem
they replaced the hard drive, sound card, disc drive video card and and any
thing else they could thing of that was the problem.
I will say your right about HJ taking their good ole time to call someone
back, and get this when I talked to them about this exact problem they had
no clue to fixing it and told me to get in touch with this e-mailing list.
Even if this never gets resolved I have learned alot from all you guys. It's
very much appreciated.
Also, I've never tried the refresh keys. I'll lettry it next time it
happens and let you all know what happens.
