Hi Christina,
Actually, h-j bashing is so much fun because it is so easy, but I must say
that I think their technical support people have improved considerably. You
actually might try calling them back on Monday, you might be pleasantly
surprised.
Frankly, I haven't a clue as to what your problem might be.
There is a file on your hard drive called jfw.rpt that I would dearly like
to take a look at. It logs all the abnormal terminations that jfw
takes--mine, incidentally, is very very long. If you have technical folks
look at your computer, tell them about this file as it might give some
insight into your problems.
If I come up with any bright ideas (which happens every hundred years or
so), I'll let you know.
In the meantime keep watching this list. Someone else may have a similar
problem and find a solution. It happens all the time.
Every now and again, if your problem persists, remind us that you still have
the problem, and give as many details as possible.
There's an answer out there some where.
