I'll do you one better.  I'll tell you how to find out for yourself.  Simply
press insert+f1 twice fairly quickly and this will bring the jfw help for
outlook express.
In any window you can press insert+f1 to get an idea as to what you can do
there, or you can press insert+h for hot key help.

After you've already done this, if you still have questions, ask specific
questions and we'll be glad to help out.
