MS Outlook verses Outlook Express

Hello Listers,
Can anyone tell me the difference between Outlook Express and MS outlook?
Which is easier to use Jaws in? Is MS Outlook also Outlook 97 that people
are talking about, just asking because it came with my MS Office 97 program
and the address book in  MS Outlook is sort of a pain to use when trying to
print out an envelope. Thanks for the help!
