I did control shift E for create folders and followed the steps to create.
I made the folder a sub folder of the inbox. I then pressed control shift
Y to go to the treeview. This is when I ran into trouble. The only folder
that I could find was the personal folder. I couldn't find any of the
other folders. I searched the screen over with the JAWS cursor and still
found nothing. So, I wrote for some help. I read your reply this morning
amd did what you said. I pressed control shift Y and brought up the
treeview again. This time the entire treeview was there and the folder was
under the inbox just where I put it. Where was the treeview at yesterday?
It must be a delay set-up time!! The folder probably got lost in
windows!!
Now I have one more question. What is the right way to put messages in the
folder? I used control shift S and attempted to move messages from the in
box to the folder this morning. I couldn't get them to move. What am I
doing wrong? I thought I filled in the subject and category fields right.
I pressed enter when I finished and it took me to the in box. I went back
to the treview and there was nothing in the subfolder or any where else.
Well I'm closer than I was yesterday!
