I don't know if this will help you, as I use outlook express for windows
95 and ie 4, but here it goes. hope this helps you.
1) make sure no e-mail is open
2) start at the top of the structure. that is, arrow up to outlook. this
folder should be open
3) hit alt+f
4) arrow down to folder submenu and hit enter
5) it will say "new folder" and ask you for a name. type in your folder name
then hit enter
you are now done
NOTE: if you wish to branch off an already existing folder, make sure you
are at said folder. for example, if you are going to name 2 folders for
receiving messages, one from jaws and one from company ABC and you want them
to be in your inbox folder, make sure you are at the inbox folder and that
it is not open. Follow the steps above and you will be fine.
When you go looking for these folders, arrow to inbox. Then hit the right
arrow to open the inbox folder. Then arrow down to what ever folder you
want. It is just like choosing a topic in the help menu for jaws.
