No, chances are very good that no harm will be done to either jfw or the
program you are installing.
Usually where the problem comes in is either in memory (you may run out of
memory), or in system files that the new program wants to use, and that jfw
is currently using. The worst thing that is likely to happen is that the
program you are installing cannot be installed with jfw running.
