Bob,
I got your message yesterday and tried the control shift V keys. I
couldn't get the messages to move. You said to highlight the message
first. Did you mean to open the message then highlight the message then
press control shift V? Or, select the message in the inbox? I tried it
both ways and got no results. Both times I pressed control shift V I went
to the treeview, arrowed down to the inbox folder, pressed the right arrow
and opened it to the sub folder. I then tabbed to OK the move and pressed
enter. That took me back to the inbox. I then pressed control shift Y to
the folders and went down to the sub folder. I pressed the right arrow to
open the folder, but, it didn't open. I also tried enter, but, this took
me back to the inbox. I tried all of this again this morning and got the
same results. Any other suggestions?
I didn't know about the control shift V keys. I didn't find then any
where in the program. I added them to my list. Thanks for all of your
help. You can e-mail me off the list if this is going to go on and on. I
hope this will be the major question about the folders.
