Hi Tom: Quickverse uses the degree symbol to indicate that there is a verse
note attached to that verse. I bet that is what JAWS is reading. Your could
check this by finding a verse that reads "degree", then go to the NOTES menu
and close notes. Then go back to the offending verse and see if the
offending symbol is read. If you are using the NIV translation with the NIV
notes open, you would have lots of verses with the notes symbol.
NBy the way I downloaded the Quickverse scripts from the HJ web site. I
think they are what cause they symbol to actually say "verse note" rather
than "degree."

Hello to everyone on the list, I have a small problem when I run my bible
program jfw will say degrees after reading the number of the next verse, and
degrees is not in the verse. Can someone tell me what is going on with jfw?
The bible program is quick Verse any help will be appreciated.
