Great that you solved your talking problem. What was the problem? and how
did you fix it?
Okay, here's how to setup shortcut keys for any shortcut on your desktop or
start menu. There are several ways to do this, and this is the one that
works for me.
1. Bring up windows explorer.
2. Go to your c:\windows\desktop, or c:\windows\start menu\programs
folders.
3. Find the program you want to create a hotkey for.
4. Press alt+enter to bring up the file properties for that program.
5. Press shift+tab until it says something like "general tab".
6. Press ctrl+tab and it should say "shortcut key".
7. Press tab three times or until it either says "none" or "alt+control+"
(some key).
8. Press the key you want to be the hotkey. For example, j for jaws, or r
for ruby.
9. Tab to okay and hit enter.
10. Press alt+f4 until you are out of everything.
11. Restart your computer and you should be done.
