how to delete toolbar and down arrow

        I would like to delete the toolbar in windows98, how can I do this?

Also, when o penning and reading a txt file such as readme.txt file, I hit
say all and it reads to the bottom of the first page, or the bottom of what
it can fit into the screen. How can I get it to read down further then the
bottom of screen one?
