Hello All,
Hope you can help. Recently I've noticed this problem the most in Outlook
Express and the AOL Instant Messenger. As I move around each window, and
try to read them line by line, the cursors get stuck and say "top of window"
or "bottom of window," when of course I know there is still more to be read.
I've tried closing and opening the jaws window which sometimes helps, but
not often. Other times I try the same with the program I am trying to read
in.
The other problem is that even if I am able to get around the window
slightly, the lines are always cut off. It looks slightly like there might
be another window on top of it, but I know there isn't. Are these problems
what some of you people are referring to as being unfocused? I never had
these problems before, even in the same versions of these programs. How did
this problem start? and how might it be fixed? Thanks for all the help.
I've only been on this list a short time, and already learned tons.
