Hello Bonnie,
My problem is that I do close the message by hitting the escape key and then
tab to get back to the tree view from the list view and when I do this by
hitting the tab key it opens the same message again, then if I tab again it
closes the message and lands in the tree view. Any suggestions on whats
causing this?
