With another screen reader, it is necessary to reclass the message viewing
window as a Rich Edit in order for automatic message reading to occur. I
don't know if that is the case for you here. Also, make sure the options
are set forth as I describe in my tutorial which I happen to know you
have. Make sure the Preview Pane is off, and Use Microsoft Browser is
unchecked.
As Linda said, you want to be sure both the program and message windows are
maximized. To maximize the child window, use alt-hyphen, x.
