Hi David,
Please read this carefully because it is important that we understand a
person's problem before answering.
What I had said was that I wanted you to make a mistake on purpose when
completing the form so that yours would not be registered and you could
find out how to locate the different colours. I had made an error when
completing the form, so it was not being accepted, but I did not know and
could not tell what my error was.
