PROBLEM navagating FORM ON THE WEB

This problem is a little different that the one being discussed here.  I am
using ie5.  In ie4, to read the fields on a form, I would use insert plus
controlled plus tab.  Using this system, I was able to go to the first
button, entry field, or list box.  I know of the insert plus control plus
home, but this often does not find the first item.  Please helpless
