Hi David,

I am using I E 4.71.1712.6, Windows 95 and JFW 3.3.22.  I read the JFW help
for I E 4.

JFW help recommends several changes in the I E settings. Under the advanced
page they recommend that the following things be checked: move system carat;
always expand text images. I may be missing something, but, I do not find
an Accessibility option under the advanced page.  My options are: browsing;
multimedia; security; Java VM; printing; searching; toolbar; and HTTP 1.1
settings.

Under browsing:

Enable script debugging, not checked (no JFW recommendation given)
Launch channels in full screen window, not checked (no JFW recommendation
given)
Launch browser in full screen window, not checked (no JFW recommendation
given)
Use AutoComplete, not checked (no JFW recommendation given)
Show friendly URLS, not checked (as recommended by JFW)
Use smooth scrolling, not checked (as recommended by JFW)
Highlight links when clicked, not checked (no JFW recommendation)
Enable page transitions, not checked (as recommended by JFW)
Browse in new process, checked (no JFW recommendation)
enable page hit counting, not checked (no JFW recommendation)
Enable scheduled subscription updates, not checked (no JFW recommendation)

There was a recommendation to not check the show channel bar at startup
option under browsing and I did not find this option under browsing.

JFW also recommends that the option to ignore colors specified on a web page
be checked and this is checked.

I also noticed in the Help material that pressing insert and tab should read
the currently selected link and it does not do so for me.

Do you have any further suggestions to investigate?
Joni
