When I hold down the Insert plus the Q it says that Internet Explorer 4
settings are loaded and it sounds like SHDOCVW.DLL application is currently
running, or something like that.
All I can come up with is that something is missing from my I E 4. I guess
my choices are to re-install I E 4 or just use Insert F7 and forget it. I
think I will choose the latter. Getting used to using Word 97 at work is
enough of a challenge at the moment. Thanks for your input. I appreciate
the response.
