this may be a video issue. we are not clear on exactly what the
problem is? in how many ways did you attempt to start it. have you
been able to run it for instance by going to the programs menu, and
arrowing to jfwxx pressing enter, pressing enter on jaws, or:
go to run in the start menu and type:
x:\jfwxx\jfw
where the first x is the drive letter and the xx is the version of
jfw.
if it infact loads but does not run then we have more to go on. if it
doesn't load at all then that is strange. usually if it loads and
doesn't run there is an error message that helps. if it loads but
does not run you may need to check the synthesizer.
