The time has come for the big software change at work. We are using
computer aided disbatch software which is written by and sold by PTS
Solutions. THis company has a website at www.ptssolutions.com. I started
examining the software this weekend. Jfw reads some of the boxes and their
titles. On some of the boxes jfw reads the information and not the titles.
I am looking for assistance with this. I will probably be able to get my
employer to pay for technical help. I use both speech and braille. It is
extremely important that I be able to use both speech and braille with this
program. If there is anyone that can assist me with this problem please
