APH does not have the speller any more. I have the Stedman's dictionary and
PDR on disk and it is just wonderful. I just got it last week. The only
catch is that you have to pay $595 a year, as you get three updates a year.
I know it is a lot of money, but if you work at home, you can take it off as
a business expense. When I worked in the doctor's office, there was not
room for me to bring a braille dictionary. I would like to find something
available to be able to look up all of that surgical information that we
transcribers need. Deb
