This may be something you already knew but it doesn't sound like it
from your message.
To access the toolbar in Office 97 just use alt to activate the menu
bar, then control+tab to move to the first toolbar. Tab through the
options on the toolbar and use control+tab and control+shift+tab to
move to the other toolbars and/or cycle back around to the menu bar.
This has nothing to do with graphics labeling but I just wanted to
make sure you knew this was a very simple way to access the toolbars.
