JFW 3.26, 3.31 AND FAT32

Hello to all,

I'm to install a new hard drive this weekend and would like to know if there
are any JFW problems with going to FAT32?

I do run some DOS programs for logging and a few games will these be
interfered with?

Any help ASAP will be greatly appreciated.
