I have become aware of intermittent pauses while working in OE5. After
CTRL-D to delete a message and sometimes when entering a message with ENTER
from the message list it will begin the header and hault usually part way
through the subject line for just under 5 seconds. It is not consistant,
sometimes jjust a little stutter otherwise a full 4+ seconds. I will also
get up to 5 seconds delay with space or PGDN to move to the next screen.When
present this last one is consistant, the first one, pause in the subject
line of the incoming e-mail is inconsistent. There are sessions when this
does not happen or sessions when it happens much of the time. Sometimes if
I leave the programme and return the behaviour disappears.
I run a P2 350 MHZ JFW3.2 and OE 5. I have installed the newest Eloquence
software synbth.
Any advice welcome.
