Dale, try running your inbox repair tool. Your problem may not in fact be
JFW relatated. I had a very "draggy" Outlook express and when I checked my
IE5 under control panel, add/remove software, I was told that IE could not
be repaired and to reinstall it--I did and voila, problem cured!
When you highlight internet explorer, go to the remove tabe, press enter,
and you will find several options, on of which it a tool for checking your
installation.
