Hi Kelly,
I went to the City Bank site that you mentioned in order to test your
problem. First, There were no frames on the site -- at least, not on
the front page. There was one combo box on the page which said
something about country pages.
I pressed the INSERT-/ on the combo box. I was able to duplicate your
problem of each item repeating after I hit the ALT-DOWNARROW then
moved up and down through the list with the up and down arrows.
However, I repeated the process (closed IE and reopened the page) and
I was able to just hit the down arrow (without the ALT key) and it
worked fine. It did not automatically make a selection for me and it
did not repeat the list items.
