I didn't catch the version of O E, but you should be abel to go to the tools
pull down menue and arrow down to the in box assistant, depending on the
version. If it's O E version 4.x, it will work with no prior knowledge,
just play with it for a while. If it's version 5, I got some help from
Bonnie Schafer on this list and will forward it to you if you want.
