Maybe I am missing the point here, but I think the original question was
about how to make the JAWS list mail go into a separate folder. If that is
the case, it is not the subject line that you set up your filter for. You
should enter the jaws list address in the from and cc boxes and tell the
filter to route these to your designated folder.
