The problem I'm having is that I can't get the read all command to work in
Outlook 98. It may read a couple of lines, but will go no further, then the
cursor moves to the end of the page and dings at me for ever. I haven't
experienced the problem with the backspace not working yet. If anybody
knows how to fix the read all command, please let me know. I have been away
from the list for a while, so I may have missed discussion on this topic
earlier. If so, please forgive me.

I had that problem at one time, but haven't noticed it in the latest
(RC2). It dings twice to denote the bottom. When I was having the
problem, the work around was to press the alt key. That threw you into a
menu, but it stopped the repeated dinging. I used to get as many as 50.
