Hi, Marsha here. I first picked Eudora because I found it to be the easiest
program to learn with a good learning curve. When I was first working for a
Credit Card Company from home, we had to have a way to get my entries to the
boss. The internet was the way to do this and in 1997, Eudora was the way to
accomplish this. I used Eudora 3.0 at that time. When I worked for another
company, I had to upgrade to Eudora 4.1 because I had to use more than one
character to use as attachment filenames. This later version allowed me to do
this. I have not yet upgraded to the 3.3 version of JFW but I have found
Eudora a very friendly program with the JFW 3.2 version.
I do think that many Eudora problems may be system-related. If you know how to
set your various options in the program, you shouldn't have a problem with it.
All I did when setting my options in the Eudora program is to turn off the
Microsoft Viewer and the Preview Pane which can be a pain.
I hope I have given you and any other list members out there a reason for using
the program.
