I want to give some positive feedback for Eudora Pro. I did an experiment 
with oe4, eudora pro and netscape messenger over a year ago and found 
eudora to be the easiest of the three to use. Yes, there are some really 
cool features in outlook express and with the new jfw functionality in oe5 
and jfw 3.31, I may have to reevaluate all of that, but I find myself 
staying with Eudora for its simplicity. It is very speech friendly in my 
case, and it is really nice on keyboard commands and if you are not going 
to get heavy into email advanced features, it does work well. I do 
someadvanced stuff with filters and such and I have no problems setting 
things up. Granted there are bugs, but I have worked around them. I do not 
know how easy it is for oe4 or oe5 to set up filters and the addressbook, 
and the idea that we have to use msaa mode in wineyes or the virtual cursor 
in jfw to read a message with the read all command doesn't sit with me very 
well. I like Eudora because it works, I can read an entire message without 
ripping my hair out and it is just a great program. the menus are very 
logically arranged, and I can see as much or as little of a header in the 
message as I wish to see. The only major gripe is that I can't change 
around the message columns order in the index to put the subject first, 
then the sender, then the date, but still, I can get by. I am going to 
reevaluate oe5 soon, but right now, I just love Eudora way too much.
