I find that out too. At least mine gives help, but doesn't hint on what
keystrokes to use with JFW. I sometimes have to do Insert with F1 a couple
of times more then twice to get the thing to take me to the books. I odn't
know about anyone else on this list, but when I've sent E-mails to tech
support at Henterjoyce, asking about popular programs, and what some common
problems are I get this response that tells me that they don't have
information on the application. Now, I could see them not having something
on a program that is not very popular or common, but something like MS Word
or Outlook Express?

Subject: Insert F1 F1 hit very fast does not bring up help
>Greetings,
>There was some post a while back about some one not getting help files.
>My 3.3.1 is installed correctly.
>Whenever I hit "insert f 1 f 1" quickly--as I did in 3.2.31--I hear "no
>help avialable". For example if I am on my home page and I hit "insert f
1
>f 1 quickly, I hear "no help available for brasieeuu dill".
>This happens when I am in Outlook Express; I get "no help available" or on
>any web page.
>Does any one have the same problem or some fix for this?
>The "insert f 1" when hit only once *does work*.
>Thanks ever so much in advance.
>Have a great day.
