Hi
I also have jfw330 and i now use jfw331.35 the frist beta or rc1 cause
errors and trashed the system leaving without speech for an entire week
requiring a service call from a technician to fix it.
I haven't found any problems with the double f1 help feature at all.
One suggestion from my is to a reinstall of the applications such as outlook
express onto your system; i have found that this usually solve any problems
that are showing up and then maybe also do a reinstall of jfw onto the
system as last resort option....
