Greetings, Before writing this list, I asked the appropriate questions and wrote queries to knowledgeable people on lists and at HJ. Therefore a lot of effort has been expended prior to this post. I honestly seek a real answer and to not confuse or mislead. Like a few peopleI know, I upgraded from 3.2 by using the 3.3022 C D and then downloaded the 331 as of October 15 99. Question 1. I wish to use 331 most of the time because *it has many enhancements* and 3.2 for some work. But knowledgeable people have told that 331 will cause problems to my Access 32 which I bought from HJ last year. This *could* be true but may not beso. When using the 331, i heard my Access 32 begin to mess up badly and shut the 331 off. later when using the 331, speech was fine. Is this problem a real possibility? Question 2. Then I asked knowledgeable people about Question 1 and wrote messages off list etc. to find an answer. So I was told that there is an Access 32 on the HJ web site--but--it**may compromise the 3.2 over time*. i wish to use both programs which are excellent. 3. Although I lack Help files, the install which I listed above has *amazingly* given me *a set up where *numpad is not spoken before numbers. (got that order of installation from HJ Tech Support, by the way) 4. lacking help Files via Insert f 1 f 1, I do needto know this, Assuming my choices are correct for configuring Internet Explorer 5 and Outlook Express 5 with 3.2, are these same settings *the same* for using 331 with IE 5 and Outlook Express 5??
