creating hot key for jaws

How do you create a hot key for jaws?  I used windows explorer and went to
the jfw33 folder and opened it and went to jfw.exe.  then I hit the right
click and selected create hot key.  tabbed around but didn't see where to
define the hot key.. Any help would be appreciated.  thanks.
