Perhaps you have the shortcut key referencing a different version of JFW?
When you find the shortcut key, check the command line and see what it
shows. I have found that on more than one occasion, I have numerous
shortcut keys referencing Jaws, and I have to delete them and re-define the
one I want. If you wish to search for the occurrences of Jaws shortcut
keys, one way you can do this is to use the Find dialog, right windows F, or
choose Find from the start menu. Then, search for Jaws or JFW. When the
list comes up, arrow through the list. When you hear "Jaws" or "JFW" alone,
use the insert-page up key to read the area from the cursor pisition to the
end of the current line. If you hear "windows shortcut" or anything
referencing "shortcut", bring up the properties for that item with
alt-Enter, or you can just delete it if you find you have several of these,
and then re-define the shortcut again. My guess is that ctrl-alt-J is
assigned more than once, and that's why it doesn't work. I hope this helps,
