I have had that problem myself Jed. I have had a zip frive for a long time
now, but in the beginning, I wound up losing a some valuable files a few
times. I really have no idea what causes this. I have learned the hard way
though if you are moving things off a zip disk to use the copy command and
not the move command. The only time I have a problem with the zip disk is
using it to move very large files or multiple files. Now I just use the
copy command and when I am sure the files are there, then I go to the zip
disk and delete them. I know this doesn't answer your question, but just
wanted you to know you weren't the only one having that trouble.

Hey guys. OK, this is a very annoying problem.
I have a zip drive that i got working, and a bunch of folders with files
stored in them. I highlighted all of them, and them pasted them to my
secondary hard drive which is labeled D.
Now, they appear to arrive there after finishined being copied.
OK, so i hit file and close this and go back to the C drive.
Then when i logged back on to the D drive none of the folders were
there.
    Does anyone have any ideas?
I would really appreciate knowing what you think. Please let me know
ASAP.

    Best Regards
    Jed
