there are many possible causes of your problem but here are some steps
you can follow. Foirst, make certain that you have ie5 set up as
suggested by hj. Next, make sure your history and cache are empty.
Third, make sure there is not a lot of junk in your outlook express.
If all this has been done and you have checked on the hj web site to
see that your video card is compatible and is set up properly, then
reinstall ie5 and oe.
if all this doesn't work or if you need aditional help, don't hesitate
