Hello,
I had a simmilar problem before witht the same company. I uninstalled that
time my ATT diler and Netscape. It was my Netscape that caused the problem.
Remove both of those Items and then reinstall your ATT software to setup
your connection. There is an option to download your previous settings from
your existing account and reset your dial up connection. Do that first.
then, download the ATT branded version of Netscape. Or Ie. After that,
upgrade to which ever version you like and the software will continue
working.
That's what I had to do. No, you don't need to buy Windows 95 or 98 for this
fix.

Regards,

Agustin.

Subject: Windows 98

Guys I know this is a bit off topic, but I need information:
1. After installing IE5 JFW33135 and some Arkenstone software on my
computer here in Florida, I now get a message that my Dial-up network may
not be properly installed. After checking with At&t, they said some
software probably overwrote part of the Dial-up and I would need to
reinstall the Dial-up from my 95 disk.
2. I can not find my Windows 95 CD.
3. Instead of buying another Windows95, I thought I would buy a Windows98
update and update the 95 to 98.
Do you think this will correct the problem and work OK?

Thanks,
George Marshall
