I am using Windows 98, second edition, JAWS 3.3 and Outlook Express for my
E-mail. Whenever I try to SELECT and entire E-mail or information from an
E-mail and then try to "cut and paste" it to a MS WOrd FILE IT TELLS ME THAT I
HAVE PERFORMED AN ILLEGAL ACT. this HAPPENS WHEN i do tHE cONTROL-c (TO COPY
THE selected INFORMATION). i ALSO SAVED A FILE TO MY dESKTOP. however, WHEN i
TRY TO EDIT (select and DELETE) text, it won't let me do it. What am I doing
wrong? I'd appreciate any help that I can get.
