Hi
a suggestion is to tell her to save it as a text only file into a folder
then later to into ms word or wordpad and call it up as a text file then
make changes and then save it in the format that she wants to specific for
the document.
a round about way, but better then nothing.
it sounds more like a w98 problem then a outlook express problem to me at
least.
